About the Company
Davidson is partnering with a leading organisation to deliver a major transformation program (Field Service Management platform). We are seeking an experienced Organisational Change Manager to support business adoption and drive effective outcomes.

About the Role
This role will see you lead the change strategy across a large-scale transformation. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing the change management strategy and plan, including resourcing, impact assessment, communications, and training needs.
• Partnering with stakeholders to shape and secure buy-in to the change management approach.
• Overseeing the creation and delivery of training programs, either hands-on or via leading a training team.
• Monitoring progress, adoption rates, and feedback to refine strategies as needed.
• Coaching and supporting employees and leaders through the transition

About You
You will bring:

• Extensive experience managing large-scale transformation programs.
• Expertise across multiple change streams, including communications and training.
• Strong experience developing and mentoring business change champions.
• Prior exposure to the Utilities sector and field workforce change programs.
