To be successful for this role, your CV will need to reflect on following skill-set:

• Extensive experience in organisational change management within large complex organisations;
• Demonstrated focus on people and culture change management in particular within org restructure transformations;
• Overall team structure redesign within a Large, complex enterprise;
• Experience in discovery and mapping of current business operating model, business divisions, and team structures;
• Experience in design of organisational structure charts showing current and future state structures that align to organisational workforce data;
• Detailed knowledge of organisational change management and impact assessment;
• Relevant qualifications in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR) or HR/Organisational Psychology will be highly regarded.

You will be joining a large end-user organisation that is a household name.

Main Responsibilities:

Supporting the delivery of the Operating Model implementation program including:

• Assess impacts of changes on scope, resources and operational dates and test scenarios in order to source solutions.
• Provide reporting on program and project key result areas to monitor actual progress, compare to baseline and to report progress against schedules
• Work directly with the Director, People on the implementation. Coordinate change activities with the Business Manager and Branch Head / ED.
• Assess change impact, risks throughout the program. Review and adjust individual branch plans to support the management of the impacts and risks
• Support and/or lead change activities as agreed to with the Director, People which may include facilitation of workshops and team sessions
• Provide implementation support to the Branch Head / ED throughout the program
