We’re seeking a full-time Allocator / Scheduler / Project Coordinator who can take charge of daily scheduling, workforce allocation, and client coordination. The right candidate will be a strong communicator who stays calm under pressure, is self-motivated, highly organised, and able to multi-task with confidence.

This is not a sit-back admin job — it's an active, central role in a busy operations team.

Role Requirements

Proven experience in scheduling/allocating traffic control crews

Strong skills in RapidPlan and Microsoft Office

Confident communicator with solid problem-solving ability

Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team

High attention to detail and commitment to getting the job done right

Assignar or similar scheduling platform experience

Understanding of WHS, ISO or RMS/TCAWS traffic standards

Role Details

📅 38 hours/week (Mon–Fri)

📞 On-call required (weekday evenings/early mornings + rotating weekends)
