Scheduler / Manager – Concrete Pumping Qld (Rockhampton)

Your Role

As our Scheduler / Manager, you will manage concrete pumping bookings across all three branch locations. This strategic leadership role ensures smooth operations and excellent client service day and night.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage concrete pumping bookings across Rockhampton, Yeppoon, and Emerald.

Develop and oversee rosters aligned with demand, resources, and client needs.

Confirm, adjust, and optimize bookings in collaboration with operations crews, drivers, and clients.

Handle reschedules, cancellations, and urgent requests professionally and efficiently.

Monitor performance metrics, fleet utilisation, and job completion rates for continuous improvement.

Facilitate strong client relationships to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Provide occasional after-hours availability for urgent operational or client needs.

Compensation

Competitive salary of up to $125,000 AUD per annum, inclusive of any out-of-hours call availability.

We’re Looking For Someone Who

Has scheduling, logistics, or operations management experience—preferably in construction or concrete services.

Demonstrates stellar organisational skills and thrives in fast-paced settings.

Communicates effectively with diverse teams and clients.

Is proficient with scheduling software or Excel; adaptable and proactive in approach.

Is based in Rockhampton and comfortable supporting occasional out-of-hours needs.

Values clear boundaries and a balanced approach to work availability.
