The Scheduler will be the central link between our sales, operations, and installation teams — ensuring jobs are planned efficiently, resources are allocated effectively, and customers are kept informed.

Key responsibilities include:

· Coordinate and schedule solar and battery installations across multiple locations and crews.

· Liaise with sales teams, operations managers, and customers to confirm dates and job requirements.

· Manage and update job scheduling software, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

· Optimise daily and weekly schedules to maximise productivity and minimise travel or downtime.

· Ensure compliance with project timelines, installation standards, and customer expectations.

· Monitor progress of jobs, proactively resolving scheduling conflicts or delays.

· Communicate regularly with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates.

· Assist with administration related to job bookings, and site access.

· Proficient in scheduling software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
