About the role

As an Operations Scheduler based out of our Brisbane Depot, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our ever-growing projects. You will work closely with various departments and team members to ensure the smooth functioning of our administrative processes. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking on a variety of tasks.

About the Role

Liaising with the manager/supervisor with planning weekly tasks

Reviewing, planning and scheduling of operations

Fast paced work environment multi-tasking variety of works

Ensuring purchase orders and work orders are completed and submitted

Coordinate all details of incoming job bookings and outgoing works

Computer inputting daily data and monitoring work through office program

Keeping track of operator unbillables and liasing with mechanics to keep track of maintenance program of trucks

Liasing with Clients to ensure all booking information is obtained and quality of work is satisfied

Project administration activities including planning, coordinating, and compiling of project documentations.

Working with the Project Manager, Ops Manager, Sales Manager and Compliance officer in the smooth delivery of projects from start to finish.

Assist Managers in staff training on select projects and keeping track of documents including tool box meets

Play a key role in supporting the civil team of 40 staff

Skills and Experience

Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry will be highly regarded

Scheduling experience advantageous

A high commitment to safety, quality and attention to detail

Ability to work within a team and unsupervised when required

A positive and self-motivated approach to your work
