We are a small Demolition company based in Pakenham. We are seeking a driven and motivated individual to join our team on a part-time basis as an Administration Officer. Experience in Construction admin is an advantage.
You will have daily, weekly and monthly tasks and then you will have random other tasks that pop in here and there, which is what makes each day interesting … its the same but different each day.
The role hours are Monday, Wednesday and Friday, ideally 9am to 3pm. The successful candidate will be working out of our Office based in East Pakenham, just off the M1.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
General Administration
Data Entry & Job Costing
Invoicing / job dockets & other minor support to our Bookkeeper
Assisting with scheduling workers
Maintaining Manuals & Folders
Supporting the operations team with data management
Skills and Experience:
An experienced Administrator, your work ethic and superior organisational skills are key to your success in your role.
Additionally, you will have:
Minimum 2+ years experience in an administrative role - Preferably within the Building/Construction and/or Demolition Sector.
An eye for detail
Strong written and verbal communication
Ability to meet strict deadlines
Proficient ability using Microsoft Programs
Proficient with data entry
An ability to work effectively in a team and autonomously
