Role Summary
The Clinic Coordinator is responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic and providing administrative support directly to the doctor.

The doctor is known for treating staff with respect, maintaining ethical standards, and not micromanaging. Strong communication, trust, and a focus on patient care define the clinic culture.

What you'll do:

• Manage patient bookings, enquiries, and confirmations
• End-to-end patient-facing support, including helping with enquiries, greeting patients, providing support during surgeries, administering forms, follow-up after appoinments, and confirming appointments
• Keep rooms prepared, stocked, and tidy
• Order stock, liaise with suppliers and partners
• Provide scheduling and admin support directly to the Clinic Director
• Liaise with marketing agency and assist with content capture when needed - including before and after photos

• Medical admin or cosmetic/aesthetic clinic experience, or a client-facing background - is highly advantageous

As this is a clinic-based role, there is no work-from-home flexibility.
