Trainee Account Coordinator
We’re looking for a motivated Trainee Account Coordinator to join our Business Solutions team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone with strong admin skills who’s ready to learn and grow in a supportive environment.
As a Trainee Account Coordinator, you’ll help keep things moving behind the scenes - from processing orders and tracking deliveries to assisting with invoicing and logistics.
What you’ll do
Process customer and vendor orders
Track deliveries and manage updates
Assist with invoices, returns, and reconciliations
Provide admin support to sales and project teams
Liaise with customers, vendors, and internal teams
What you’ll bring
Some administration experience
Strong attention to detail and organisation
Good communication skills and confidence with Microsoft Office
A proactive, positive attitude and eagerness to learn
