This is a unique opportunity to step into a Team Leader Role, where you’ll focus on training, guiding, and mentoring junior staff, while also stepping in as a floating manager to cover portfolios when required. This is a highly varied position where no two days are the same — one day you’ll be coaching a new team member, the next you’ll be stepping into a portfolio to provide hands-on client support.

Key responsibilities include:

• Mentoring, training, and supporting junior strata managers
• Floating across different portfolios to provide cover
• Supporting the Head of Strata with operational oversight and team development
• Promoting compliance, professionalism, and best practice across the department

We’re looking for someone with:

• Previous experience in strata management as a Strata Manager or higher
• Strong knowledge of legislation and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• A proactive and supportive approach to mentoring others
