About the role:

We are looking for motivated, client centric, outcome focussed Speech leader to join our expanding team.

You will be provided a work life balance. This is not optional

It is desirable to understand and be able to administer/interpret a variety of psychometric/objective screening tools

Conduct comprehensive health and injury assessments

Assess and treat clients to carry out community-based rehabilitation programs to improve functional independence and quality of life

Opportunity to work across all age groups from 0 to 65 years

Provide evidence based clinical services to participants living with disability and/or chronic complex conditions and support your team in delivering the same

Providing quality customer service to all stakeholders is essential to be successful for this role

You will have the opportunity to mentor team members across a variety of areas of practice

To be successful:

Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology

Current registration with SPA

NDIS/HCP experience and understanding is highly preferable however as long as you have clinical experience, this is key

Previous demonstrable leadership, or developing leadership attributes that can be used to support your team

A passion for assisting clients to reach their full potential

Proven ability to establish meaningful relationships with a variety of stakeholders and be able to demonstrate and validate repeat referral sources

A high level of written and verbal communication skills, particularly in advocacy, mediation, negotiation and conflict resolution

Current driver's licence and registered vehicle

Working with Children/NDIS Worker Check

Other qualification specific to disability will be highly regarded
