The Role:

• Proactively prospecting for new listings and expanding the client database to drive growth
• Coordinating and conducting open homes to showcase premium properties
• Preparing for and attending auctions with senior agents
• Managing callbacks and scoping new opportunities within the existing client base
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers and vendors
• Negotiating sales and supporting successful campaign outcomes
• Monitoring market activity and trends to stay ahead of the competition

The Candidate:

• Driven, passionate, and motivated to succeed!
• Proactive, switched-on, and eager to build a long-term career in real estate
• Excellent people skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain strong client relationships
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
