About the Role:

Support a high-performing director in achieving sales success across diverse markets in the Eastern Suburbs.

Assist in managing and closing property transactions, from listing to settlement.

Gain invaluable experience by working with a top 10 REB-ranked leader in the industry.

Participate in campaign management, including marketing, open homes, and client engagement.

Earn high commission splits, with additional campaign management fees and incentives.

Develop skills in negotiation, client management, and market analysis within a multi-market environment.

Who We're Looking For:

Motivated, driven, and eager to succeed in real estate sales.

Previous sales or real estate experience is preferred but not essential - keen learners encouraged to apply.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work within a dynamic, multi-market environment.
