As we continue to grow, we are seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team in Southport to support a valued participant with high-intensity needs.

About the Role
We urgently require Support Workers to assist a gentleman in Southport who requires both Community Access and In-Home Support. The participant has diabetes and a below-the-knee amputation and requires consistent, flexible support.

This role covers 6 days a week, with shifts running daily. Some days may require both morning and evening coverage, so flexibility is essential.

Experience with high-intensity participants is highly preferred.

Employment Type: Casual

Location: Southport, QLD

Client: Male, high-intensity support needs (diabetes + below-knee amputation)

Shift Requirements: 6 days per week ongoing (morning & evening shifts required on some days)

Start: Immediate start available

Key Responsibilities:

Providing reliable and compassionate care

Assisting with daily activities, personal care, and community access

Supporting diabetes management as directed by health professionals

Promoting independence and engagement in everyday life

Building trust and rapport through consistent, respectful support

What We’re Looking For:

Reliable Support Workers with proven experience in high-intensity support

Flexible availability to work both morning and evening shifts

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

A calm, compassionate, confident and professional approach to care

Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold participant dignity

Essential Requirements:

Experience with high-intensity participants (preferred)

Valid NDIS Worker Screening (Yellow Card) and Blue Card

First Aid & CPR Certificate

Experience in personal care and community access

Flexibility and commitment to a consistent roster
