Support Worker – Redbank Plains - Urgently Needed

About the Role:
We urgently seek a Male Support Worker to support a gentleman with high behaviour concerns. This casual position offers flexibility with ongoing shifts over a 7 day roster, which will be ongoing.

This role is a community access role, providing compassionate care for a participant with challenging behaviour.

PBSP and high behaviour experience will be preferred.

Key Role Details:

Client: Male with highly challenging behaviour.

Shift Requirements: As Required

Start: Immediate start available

Key Responsibilities:

Providing appropriate support and companionship

Assisting with daily activities and light personal care if required

Facilitating community access and meaningful social outings

Supporting the client’s independence and engagement in everyday life

What We’re Looking For:

Male Support Worker

Resides in Redbank Plains or close to.

Experience in Disability support, Mental health, Challenging behaviour, and Community support

Experience with PBSP.

A calm, compassionate, and reliable approach to care

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust

Flexibility to work morning & afternoon shifts

Essential Requirements:

Experience with high behaviour Participants.

Valid Blue Card and Yellow Card

First Aid and CPR Certificate

Ability to provide support in the community
