We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced chef to join our dedicated kitchen team.

What You’ll Do:

As a chef at Buonasera, you’ll be responsible for:

 Preparing and cooking a variety of traditional Italian dishes with consistency and finesse

 Ensuring high standards of food presentation, portion control, and quality

 Overseeing food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operations

 Managing stock levels, minimizing waste, and maintaining kitchen efficiency

 Mentoring junior kitchen staff and supporting their development

 Working closely with management on new menu ideas and seasonal dishes

What We’re Looking For:

 Either a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery OR a minimum of 3 years of relevant

full-time work experience as a chef in a commercial kitchen

 Strong knowledge of traditional and modern Italian cuisine

 Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and public holidays

 A genuine passion for food, teamwork, and hospitality
