Job Title: Experienced Indian Chef – 3 Positions Available

Position Overview:
We are seeking 3 skilled and passionate Indian Chefs to join our team. The ideal candidates will have extensive experience in Indian cuisine, including North Indian, South Indian, Indian-Chinese, tandoor specialties, curry dishes, and Indian sweets. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes for our restaurant, bakery, sweet shop, and live food stalls.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes including North Indian, South Indian, and Indian-Chinese cuisine.

Operate and manage tandoor cooking for breads, kebabs, and other specialties.

Create flavorful and authentic curry dishes.

Prepare traditional Indian sweets and desserts.

Ensure high standards of food presentation, hygiene, and safety.

Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to meet daily service demands.

Maintain inventory and manage ingredients efficiently.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Indian Chef, ideally in multiple regional cuisines.

Expertise in South Indian, North Indian, and Indian-Chinese dishes.

Skilled in tandoor cooking and curry preparation.

Experience making Indian sweets and desserts.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Strong attention to detail, quality, and consistency.
