Position Overview: As our part time Video & Digital Content | Events Planner you will be supporting the business with creation of Short Form Content designed for our Social Media Platforms and organisation of Events. We are flexible on which days you would like to work so this role could be suitable for a parent or student.

Gain experience in the Videography and Event Planning Industry working with a dynamic and highly skilled team. Your role will require time management, organisational skills, and the ability to proactively manage competing priorities and multitask effectively.

About Us: What If Advice + Accounting is a modern financial services company known for its efficient, common-sense approach to financial planning. We are seeking a part time Video & Digital Content | Events Planner to support our Business in the marketing of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

Part time hours: 30 hours per week. Office-based role.

Content Creation: Filming Short Form content suitable for TikTok and Instagram Reels.

Editing: Editing and Posting on our Social Media Platforms.

Event Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and conferences.

Filming: Filming Short Form Content & Events.

Qualifications:

Exceptional time management and organisational skills.

Currently studying Videography/Film or passionate in Film & Short Form Content Creation

Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to manage competing priorities.

Proactive and detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to take initiative and complete tasks independently.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in office software and tools, including MS Office Suite, Capcut, Adobe Premiere Pro, TikTok Editor.

Prior experience in Short Form Videography, Content Creation, & Editing | Desirable but not essential.

Professional demeanour and a high level of discretion and confidentiality.

Desire to learn and continue professional growth in the Editing and Content Creation Industry.

What We Offer:

$27.00 per hour. 4 or 5 Days per week. Flexible work days.

A relaxed office environment in a great location, just a five-minute walk from Toowong train station and Toowong shopping village.

We also have office located in Grange, with a relaxed environment and great location.
