About the role:

Manage a small VIP Portfolio

Lead and inspire the PM Team

Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and high performance

Represent the business with professionalism and pride

Attendance of tribunal hearings as required

About you:

Extensive Experience in Property Management

Local knowledge of Greater Western Sydney is essential

Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence

Highly organised with an exemplary eye for detail and the ability to work autonomously

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Previous experience in a leadership role would be highly desired

Well presented, honest and approachable

Excellent time management skills
