With a new dedicated warehouse facility in Whittlesea, we’re offering an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a key operational role and help shape our warehouse operations from the ground up.

The Opportunity

We’re seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations and ensure stock accuracy. This is a predominantly warehouse-based role where you’ll be actively involved in receipting, stock control, dispatch, and maintaining efficiency, while also supporting inventory systems.

As the business continues to grow, this role has genuine potential to step into broader operational leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations: receipting, allocation, reconciliation, picking, packing, and dispatch.

Maintain an organised, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.

Coordinate and oversee delivery runs (including occasional driving if required).

Carry out light metal cutting and goods preparation when needed.

Support operations with stock control, order processing, and inventory reconciliation.

Work closely with management to improve systems and streamline processes.

About You

Minimum 3+ years’ experience in warehouse management or a senior storeperson role.

Proven ability to manage stock and workflows in a hands-on warehouse environment.

Background in lighting, electrical, or hardware industries (preferred).

Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and safety focus.

Hands-on, proactive, and confident leading daily warehouse operations.

Valid driver’s licence required; forklift licence preferred.
