About the Role

As our Warehouse Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the safe, efficient, and accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. You’ll lead a dedicated team, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and implement best-practice processes to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

Lead and develop warehouse staff to ensure high performance

Allocate tasks and resources effectively to meet operational goals

Operations

Manage all inbound and outbound logistics, including receiving, storage, and dispatch

Maintain inventory accuracy through stock control, cycle counts, and stocktakes

Monitor and manage slow-moving and obsolete stock

Ensure OHS compliance and internal quality systems

Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment

Performance

Identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives

Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with customer and regulatory requirements

Collaborate with Office staff and driver teams to ensure seamless scheduling and communication
