About the Role

As Warehouse Team Leader – Pick & Pack, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. Working closely with our Picker Packer team, you will ensure orders are processed efficiently, accurately, and safely.

Your Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the Pick & Pack team.

Coordinate daily order flow and task allocation.

Train and support team members in warehouse procedures.

Ensure accuracy and quality control for outgoing orders.

Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.

Maintain a safe, tidy, and organised warehouse environment.

Report warehouse performance and issues to Warehouse Manager.

What We’re Looking For

Previous warehouse or logistics experience (leadership experience ideal).

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

A natural leader who can motivate and guide a small team.

Keen eye for detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Confident using basic computer systems (order processing, reporting).

Physically capable of lifting and moving boxes when needed.

Excellent communication skills, able to lead effective daily stand-ups and clearly coordinate team tasks.

Positive, reliable, and hands-on attitude.
