Our warehouse is clean, well-organised, and equipped with forklifts, pallet jacks, and balers. The pace can be busy — especially during container unloads or large dispatch days — but the environment is friendly, structured, and supported by clear processes.

About the Role

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you'll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. You'll be involved in stock control, machine handling, order preparation, and general warehouse duties, with opportunities to develop skills in logistics, inventory management, and technical equipment handling.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and store incoming stock (machines, parts, and consumables).

Maintain accurate inventory records in our Systems.

Prepare machines and stock for dispatch, following packing and safety procedures.

Assist with machine returns, including cleaning, product removal, and restocking.

Unload containers and safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move stock.

Maintain warehouse cleanliness, operate the cardboard baler, and coordinate waste/recycling.

Assist with fleet care tasks (Basic checks, and preparation for delivery).

Collaborate with Operations, Technical, and Delivery teams to meet daily schedules.

Follow WHS and company safety procedures at all times.

About You

Forklift licence – essential (LF Class).

Minimum 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience in a similar role

Physically fit

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow systems and processes.

Reliable, punctual, and a proactive team player.

Experience with warehouse management systems.

A "can-do" attitude, willingness to learn and readiness to pitch in where needed.

Must have permanent right to work in Australia

Must be able to pass police background check
