What You’ll Be Doing:

Leading and motivating a dedicated afternoon team of 15+ people

Coordinating the day-to-day running of digital machines, including UV and direct-to-garment printers, a Kongsberg cutting bench, and other state-of-the-art equipment

Prioritising tasks, managing workloads, and ensuring quality and efficiency across the shift

Supporting minor machine maintenance and diagnostics — especially in electronics or circuit-related issues

Ensuring smooth operations across both production and warehousing

Promoting safety and continuous improvement as part of our collaborative workplace culture

What We’re Looking For:

We understand great leaders come from many backgrounds. If you bring strong operational know-how, are hands-on, and love helping people succeed — we want to hear from you.

Ideally, you’ll have:

Proven experience leading operational teams (especially 15+ staff) — in any hands-on, fast-moving environment

A technical or engineering background (formal qualifications welcome, but not essential)

Experience in machine maintenance or production line troubleshooting

Confidence with electronics or circuits — even hobbyist-level is useful

Fluency in Portuguese (essential for this role)

Experience in digital printing or textile manufacturing

A can-do attitude with great clear communication skills

Availability for afternoon shift hours (typically starting at 2:00PM)
