The Role
The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing operations on the afternoon shift. This full-time role is responsible for leading a team, ensuring production targets are met, and maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all products meet strict quality control requirements.
• Develop and mentor team members, promoting skill development and flexibility across production areas.
• Collaborate with other supervisors to maintain seamless production across all shifts.
• Work closely with internal departments to coordinate production needs efficiently.
• Participate in stocktake activities as required.
• Monitor and review production documentation ensuring audit sign off at the end of each shift.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a team leader or supervisory role.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A mindset geared toward continuous improvement.
• Experience in the manufacturing or construction is highly desirable
