Bundaberg Tax & Accounting (BTA) is a locally owned and operated business, servicing the Bundaberg and Wide Bay areas since 2001. We specialise in servicing personal clients and micro-business’s with all taxation and accounting requirements.
Qualifications & experience
Good oral and written communication skills with high level of commitment to customer relations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (mainly Word, Excel & Outlook)
Prior work experience at a reception/administration support level.
Positive and enthusiastic approach.
Ability to work in a professional environment.
Tasks & responsibilities
Welcoming the clients arriving in office for appointments and providing courteous and efficient service at all times.
Attending to incoming and outbound phone calls with due care and respect.
Scanning, archiving and filing the documents.
Scheduling client appointments on the accounting practice manager software.
Ensuring cleanliness in the reception area.
Performing other general office and administrative duties as and when assigned.
