What's going on here:

This group is now seeking a Junior Project Coordinator to help oversee digital software projects, support the team in working more efficiently together, and ensure client satisfaction. You will belong to the Project team, led by a genuine Mr Miyagi, a brilliant leader with a history of building extraordinary careers.

What We Need:

• Strong communication skills, able to deal with clients, developers, and stakeholders clearly
• Solid organisational skills, can juggle competing priorities without dropping the ball
• Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana
• Confidence using everyday business systems (Harvest, Google Workspace, Slack, Xero)
• A reputation for reliability, detail, and follow-through

Bonus Points For:

• Experience in a digital agency, SaaS, or software environment
• Understanding agile ways of working
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (Laravel is a plus)

Where You'll Make a Difference:

• Building long-term trust with clients
• Spotting roadblocks early and keeping projects moving
• Acting as the link between clients, developers, and operations
