We’re on the hunt for a Digital Marketing Team Leader to lead a talented team of 6 digital experts. You’ll be the go-to for processes, KPIs, systems, team performance, and client escalations, while working directly with the business owner to drive operational excellence and client success.

This isn’t a “tick the box” leadership role. You’ll have the autonomy to refine processes, coach high-performing marketers, and make a tangible impact on agency growth.

What You’ll Do

Lead and mentor a team of 6 Digital Marketing Specialists across Google Ads, Paid Social, and SEO.

Implement and maintain effective processes and systems for maximum efficiency.

Monitor team KPIs, providing regular performance feedback and training.

Handle client escalations with professionalism and problem-solving finesse.

Collaborate directly with the owner on strategy, resourcing, and delivery improvements.

Foster a positive, high-performance team culture that delivers results for clients.

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience in a digital marketing leadership role — agency experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, and SEO.
