About the role

Goodyear Autocare Coffs Harbour is seeking a passionate and talented Sales professional to join our team. You will play a crucial role in driving sales growth in the wheel and tyre sector of the business, and the overall success of our store located in Coffs Harbour. This is a full-time position with opportunity for career growth and development.

What you'll be doing

Become point of contact and take control of new and aftermarket wheel and tyre sales queries

Innovate and create opportunity and drive growth by providing exceptional customer service, and by building and maintaining lasting relationships with customers

Providing real time tailored options and solutions to customer enquiries both face to face and electronically.

Constantly researching and learning and staying on top of the latest trends and applications.

You will be a point of contact with our suppliers and be the conduit between them and our customer.

Assist in the general management and day to day business activities and functions.

What we're looking for

Experience in sales and management, preferably within the automotive retail industry although not essential.

Experience in Light vehicle Tyre and wheel sales would be very highly regarded but not essential.

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service

Excellent self management and people management skills, with the ability to work unsupervised

Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making and record keeping

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with suppliers, customers and colleagues

A passion for customer service and a commitment, and passion to maintain and build reputation by delivering exceptional customer experiences

Minimum 3-5 years' experience in sales and or management roles

Current Australian driver's licence (essential for automotive role)

Valid working rights in Australia
