Wills & Estates Paralegal

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Paralegal to join their Wills & Estates team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong technical skills and a professional, client-focused approach to step into a role where they will be trusted with meaningful responsibility.

The role:

As a key member of the Wills & Estates practice, you will be involved in:
- Drafting wills, powers of attorney, and estate planning documents
- Preparing and filing probate and letters of administration applications
- Managing estate administration from start to finish
- Liaising directly with clients, executors, and beneficiaries with empathy and professionalism
- Maintaining accurate file management and documentation
- Supporting solicitors on complex estate matters

- A highly experienced Paralegal with a proven background in Wills & Estates
- Professional, client-focused, and confident in managing sensitive matters with discretion
- Excellent file management and organisational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a supportive team environment
