The role

As an Estates Paralegal, you will support a Senior Solicitor and duties will include -

• Preparation of and drafting of estate documentation,
• Drafting Wills & EPOA's, witnessing same
• Client agreements
• Diary management
• Supporting a Solicitor
• Probate Administration
• Dealing with clients and general file management duties.

Your experience

You will have a minimum of 2 years Wills & Estates Paralegal experience.

The Law Firm/ Salary

Salary negotiable, dependent upon experience (between $85,000 - $105,000 including Super + bonus'). Boutique law firm in the Brisbane CBD of 13 staff and growing. Social club and every Friday afternoon drinks! WFH 1-2 days a week after training.
