At Brisbane Property Lawyers, we’re known for our down-to-earth, client-focused approach and high-quality property law advice. We're looking for a confident and experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join our North Brisbane team.

About the role

You’ll work autonomously to manage a variety of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish, including:

Preparing contracts and standard letters

Managing key dates and liaising with all parties

Preparing PEXA workspaces and completing settlements

Communicating with clients, agents, banks, and solicitors

Ensuring matters are handled efficiently and professionally

What we’re looking for

Minimum 1 year of conveyancing experience

Confident running end-to-end conveyancing files

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Professional communication skills and a client-first mindset

Experience with LEAP or Triconvey software highly regarded, but not essential

Knowledge of PEXA and OSR Online preferred
