About the Role

As Centre Director, your role will focus on:
- Leading and supporting a passionate team of educators
- Overseeing the daily operations of the centre to ensure compliance and excellence
- Driving the service towards exceeding the National Quality Standard (NQS)
- Building meaningful partnerships with families and the local community
- Creating a positive workplace culture that inspires growth and collaboration

About You

✔ ACECQA approved Diploma or Early Childhood Teaching degree
✔ Previous leadership or Centre Director experience a must
✔ Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS, with experience developing and maintaining a QIP
✔ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Strong computer and organisational skills
✔ Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
✔ Child Protection training
✔ Current Working With Children Check
