Position: Early Childhood Educator - all qualifications considered

Responsibilities:

Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children in line with our center's philosophy and policies

Plan and implement age-appropriate educational programs and activities

Observe and assess children's development and provide feedback to parents and the team

Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment

Foster positive relationships with children, families, and the wider community

Ensure the safety, health and wellbeing of children at the service

Support each child to learn and develop in a safe environment

Requirements:

A recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education - Cert III, Diploma or ECT

Valid Working with Children Check

First Aid and CPR certification is preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Genuine passion for early childhood education and care

Ability to work effectively within a team
