Twin Towns Early Learning Centre is seeking an experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our vibrant and nurturing team in Tweed Heads, NSW. As a Full time role, you will assist in delivering a program that is enriching, exciting, intriguing and inclusive of all learning styles.

You will be responsible for

Assist in designing and implementing a quality educational program in line with NQF, NQS and National Law and Children’s Services Regulations.

Observing and assessing children's progress, to inform lesson planning and individualised support

Building positive relationships with children, families and the wider community

Ensuring a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment

Working collaboratively with the team, inspiring and leading those you work with.

Working in consultation with our Educational Leader and Nominated Supervisor to ensure all outcomes are met for our little leaners

Contributing to the Quality Improvement Plan of the service

Completing professional development opportunities of interest and relevance to our service.

The position would suit someone who

Is creative and passionate about early childhood education and is looking to enrich and support the learning of children.

Confident in leading and working with the team

Is open to sharing their knowledge and mentoring other educators

Has great written and verbal communication skills

You will need:

Diploma in Early Childhood - (recognised by ACECQA)

Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

Commitment to continuous professional development

Current Working with Children Check

Current First Aid certification

NSW Approved Child Protection Training/ or willingness to complete
