As Operations Manager, in this pivotal role, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality, person-centred supports across our programs, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and excellence in service.
You will provide strong leadership to a dedicated team, driving a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for streamlining operations, managing resources effectively, and building strong relationships with participants, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
position objectives include:
Coordinate, plan and execute workflow activities at your tier level
Coordinate office personnel work activities in line with strategic business goals
Provide thorough and accurate reports on the activities performed within the business
Ensure workplace materials and documentation are maintained in line with legal obligations and best practice standards
Regularly review and implement changes to various forms of documentation
Manage all third-party communication and technology queries and networking
Appropriate Staff training monitoring
Direct reports to Director of services / general manager.
Systems quality framework maintenance with residential and community clients
Direct management of staffs and team leads
Performance review of staffs and team leads roster management overview
Constant review of systems for innovative and quality outcomes
Maintenance of quality registers at participant and organisation levels.
Assistance during annual auditing and walking organisation through it.
Direct support to Director of services, along with working under their direct guidance and supervision.
Assist with promotional ideas of sales within the organisation
Attention participant family meetings, team meetings where required
Attending organisational expos for business development
Oversight and reports on staff learning management systems.
Oversight and reports on fleet management system
Oversight and reports on property management system
Oversight and reports on communication management system
Meetings with internal and external stakeholders including families, SDA providers.
Working with admin team on advertising on housing hub
Management of company PRODA system
Holding APO responsibility with in the organsation.
Managing the incidents and response, direct reporting to Director of services.
Establishing and promoting new relationships for the company
Quarterly participant happiness checks and family happiness feedback / happiness checks, along with group meetings in houses.
