The Role

In this fast-paced, meaningful role, you’ll be the go-to person for our support workers in the field — helping them deliver high-quality, participant-centred care aligned with NDIS goals.

Key responsibilities include:

· - Providing real-time support and coaching to support workers

· - Identifying and training program Lead Workers

· - Monitoring performance, quality, and compliance

· - Promoting reflective practice and improvement

· - Reviewing complex programs and updating care plans

· - Supporting program delivery through field visits and ongoing communication

What You’ll Bring

· - Experience in the disability sector and NDIS delivery

· - Strong communication and mentoring skills

· - Certificate IV in Disability Support (or equivalent experience)

· - Ability to problem-solve, think on your feet and work autonomously

· - High-level organisational and documentation skills

· - Empathy, initiative, and a collaborative mindset

Bonus points if you have:

· - Qualifications in Allied Health, Social Work, Psychology or similar

· - Experience supporting participants with complex needs
