About the Role

Noongaburra Farm is located just 12 km from the charming town of Hay, nestled along the picturesque Murrumbidgee River. The property spans 184 hectares and is home to 90,000 pistachio trees at varying stages of maturity, awaiting their first harvest. This role offers variety, challenge, and the opportunity to contribute to a business that values initiative, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of orchard development experience.

• A confident leader with a mature, balanced, and collaborative approach.

• Proven experience in budgeting and financial reporting.

• Diploma or Degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, or a related discipline (highly regarded).

• Skilled in tree establishment and training.
