Your Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Residential Manager to deliver high-quality clinical governance
• Oversee Continuous Improvement, OHS compliance, and staff training
• Collaborate with GPs, specialists and allied health teams to optimise resident outcomes
• Drive clinical assessments, AN-ACC reviews and accurate documentation
• Mentor and support your team to deliver person-centered care every day
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
• Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification
• 2+ years' senior clinical experience in Residential Aged Care
• Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards, Code of Conduct & Residents' Rights
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving and communication skills
• National Police Check and full Australian working rights
