In this permanent part-time position, you’ll oversee inventory, supplier relationships, and production schedules while collaborating across teams to bring new products and marketing initiatives to life. With responsibility for ensuring products remain in stock, compliant, and market-ready, this role offers the chance to combine operational excellence with creativity in a fast-growing, purpose-driven business.

The Role

As Production Manager, you’ll be responsible for forecasting stock requirements, procuring existing product, New Product Development, developing marketing materials, packaging and promotional product packs. You will manage schedules, workflows, quality standards, and team performance to ensure smooth operations. Reporting directly to our CEO, you’ll play a vital role in driving efficiency, maintaining compliance, and supporting our growth.

Key Responsibilities

Demand forecasting to meet targets and deadlines.

Plan, schedule, and manage product orders with a range of suppliers (we outsource all production at IMBIBE).

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality control standards.

Monitor inventory, raw materials, and supplies to avoid production delays.

Implement and improve processes for efficiency, consistency, and sustainability.

Work closely with the warehouse on production forecasting and reporting.

Collaborate with marketing, sales and management in a team focussed working environment.

Troubleshoot supply chain bottlenecks and implement effective solutions.

Continous improvement of packaging material selection to align with our waste minimisation objectives.

About You

We’re looking for someone hands-on, proactive, and highly organized, with a strong background in production management (ideally in supplements, skincare or TGA).

Essential Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in supply chain management.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Knowledge of compliance, safety, and quality assurance processes.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment.
