Salary
- $110k + based on experience

About The Role
- Oversee and coordinate the production team and yard staff, liaising with warehouse manager regarding daily duties/deliveries
- Scheduling the flow of work – allocating all jobs to production team and installers, follow up check measures, outstanding contract monies and job status with project managers
- Read and draw building plans checking the viability of jobs and highlight any possible issues or questions that may arise
- Coordinate and run monthly production meetings as well as participating in management meetings
- Assist with estimating and costing of contracts
- Organise stock control and solve stock issues
- Ensure monthly targets are met
- Problem solve any issues pertaining to product control
- Process trade sales
- Assisting with coordinating home shows
- Ensure WH&S is maintained on site and in yard with contractors and staff
- Ad hoc requests

You will be responsible for 5 direct reports as well as the building team and answer to the General Manager

This is a full time position with working hours of 7am to 4pm Monday to Friday

Qualifications & Experience
The right candidate will have:
- previous building or construction industry experience
- high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- excellent organisational and time management skills
- strong interpersonal skills, working well within a team and good communicator
- computer literate and technology savvy
- number minded and ability to read and draw building plans
- good at multitasking and problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- have a current drivers license, white card and forklift licence
