Part-Time Office Manager – Job Share

We are seeking someone who:

· Enjoys working in a diverse, fast paced and sometimes, complex environment with a broad range of responsibilities.

· Would be interested in learning about aviation.

· Is friendly and accommodating with a passion for Service Excellence

· Enjoys keeping their finger on the pulse.

· Enjoys working with volunteers and helping them succeed.

· Enjoys office admin and routine.

· Demonstrates reliability and flexibility.

· Has experience working with MYOB or similar accounting systems.

· Proficient skills with MS Office skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

· Likes to learn other computer systems and drive innovation

· Keeps cool under pressure

The Gliding Club of Victoria (GCV), located at Benalla Airport, seeks a mature and experienced person to join our friendly and experienced team in a part-time, job share position along with a group of volunteer operational leads. Days/hours are negotiable, with an expected on-site presence of between 10 hours during winter months and 17 hours during summer months.
