Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and conduct open homes, including on alternate Saturday mornings

Process tenant applications efficiently and professionally

Liaise with builders for property handovers and key collections

Complete detailed entry condition reports accurately and thoroughly

Schedule and carry out routine inspections, including preparation of inspection reports and handling maintenance requests

Provide administrative support to Senior Property Managers

Maintain and update property and client databases to ensure accuracy across the team

Deliver exceptional customer service to both landlords and tenants

Assist with general property management duties as required

What We’re Looking For:

Current QLD Driver's License

Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate (essential)

Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

Professional communication and interpersonal skills

Positive attitude with a team-oriented approach
