The Role:
We are seeking to fill a position within our successful Property Management team. The role involves property management with a focus on providing assistance to our property management team. You will have some inspection / field agent support in addition to usual property management tasks.
You will be well supported by an experienced and passionate General Manager, Trust Account Manager, Business Development Manager and Routine Inspectors along with our admin team.
A day in the life:

Providing a high level of communication and service to owners and tenants
Perform ingoing and outgoing inspections
Ensure properties are maintained in accordance with owner’s instructions
Management of arrears in line with our processes
Manage the lease renewal process in line with legislative and office KPI requirements
Build and maintain relationships with owners and tenants
Complete routine inspections of properties under our agency's management
Provide efficient management of required maintenance
Process and finalise applications for potential tenants
Skills and experience:
As this role has a strong emphasis on ensuring that properties are expertly managed, the perfect candidate will enjoy the challenge of providing thorough communication and reporting which exceed industry standards. The successful applicant will also exhibit outstanding maintenance management skills. Other skills required are:
Minimum 1 year+ industry experience - ideally 2+ years
Current Real Estate Certificate
Have a current driver's licence
Have a professional telephone manner and be well-groomed
Passion for the industry and desire to work with fun, collaborative team
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
Communicate positively with both landlords and tenants
Experience in programs such as PropertyMe, IRE and Realworks is advantageous
Strong people and communication skills
Positive can-do attitude
