Join a fast-growing Aussie brand known for top quality and durability. We're hiring a Trailer Sales Consultant to help customers choose the right box and light-duty trailers and accessories.

What you'll do

Greet walk-ins and handle phone/web enquiries; deliver consultative sales end-to-end

Qualify needs (ATM/payload, single vs tandem, brakes, cage, ramps) and recommend fit-for-purpose options

Prepare quotes & invoices, take deposits, process orders in CRM/POS

Upsell add-ons (cages, racks, spare wheels, jerry holders, tie-downs, electrics)

Coordinate pickup/delivery timing with yard team; ensure a smooth handover

Maintain showroom/yard presentation, price cards, and product knowledge

Work to monthly sales targets; rostered Saturdays required

What you'll bring

2+ years' retail sales (trailers/caravans)

Understanding of ATM/GTM, override vs electric brakes, load ratings (or fast learner)

Strong communication, objection handling and closing skills; customer-first mindset

Comfortable with CRM/POS, email, quoting and basic measurements

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and comfortable learning new software systems

Driver's licence or Forklift licence preferred

Current Australian driver's licence (essential); Forklift licence preferred

Valid working rights in Australia (Australian citizen, permanent resident, or appropriate work visa)

Ability to pass a police background check

Year 12 completion or equivalent preferred
