With strong growth on the horizon, they are now looking to bring on a Sales Cadet to join their Melbourne office.

This is a genuine entry point into a professional sales career where you'll be supported with training, mentoring, and the tools to succeed.

- What You'll Do -
You'll be right in the mix with our seasoned sales leaders, soaking up all the know-how you need for business development and managing client accounts. Here's what your typical day will look like:

  • Dig into the logistics and supply chain world to scout out new business prospects.
  • Help out the big guns by setting up and prepping for client pow-wows.
  • Keep our clients over the moon with top-notch service, making sure they trust and stick with us for the long haul.
  • Work with different teams to whip up customised 3PL/4PL solutions for our customers.
  • Keep that nose to the grindstone, chasing down leads and turning them into awesome partnerships.
  • Keep tabs on all your sales moves and client chats in Salesforce CRM.
  • Stay curious and on top of the latest industry buzz, so you're always ready with fresh solutions.
  • Push through objections and hurdles with grace and determination to win over potential clients.

- About You -
We want to connect with go-getters ready to kick off their sales journey. Experience? Not a must. The right attitude? Absolutely. You'll bring:

  • 3PL/4PL logistics and warehousing savvy? Even better.
  • A good grip on supply chain operations and how to pitch logistical solutions.
  • Comfortable with Salesforce CRM or something similar.
  • Great at chatting, whether it's writing or talking, and building bonds with all sorts of clients.
  • A flexible, resourceful way of thinking and a thirst for learning in ever-evolving settings.
  • The ability to team up as well as fly solo when needed.
  • Any experience in customer service, retail, or phone-based sales? Nice to have, but not a dealbreaker.
