Servicing a portfolio of quality commercial assets, they are now seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join their dynamic team and continue delivering first-class results.

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage a portfolio of commercial and industrial properties
• Provide a responsive, professional service to landlords and tenants
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with owners, tenants, contractors, and external trust accountants
• Ensure properties are compliant with owner instructions, lease requirements, and safety standards
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and capital works within expected timeframes
• Respond to after-hours callouts as required
• Work closely with the leasing team to screen tenants and prepare lease documentation
• Assist in preparing market appraisals and maintain oversight of all critical dates

What you’ll need:

• Minimum 2 years’ property management experience (commercial preferred)
• Strong understanding of the WA property market, ideally with South West exposure
• Current WA Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (essential)
• Current driver’s licence and a reliable, presentable vehicle
• Highly organised with strong time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal ability with the confidence to engage all stakeholders
• A proactive and hands-on approach with the ability to work well under pressure
• Experience with property management systems (Cirrus8 desirable)
