your role
As a Commercial Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a diverse and well-balanced portfolio of commercial, industrial, office, and retail assets. Supported by a collaborative team and modern systems, you’ll focus on building strong relationships and delivering high-quality service. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing lease agreements, renewals and reviews
• Building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants
• Overseeing rent collection, arrears, and financial reporting
• Coordinating inspections, compliance, and maintenance programs
• Ensuring proactive, professional service across the portfolio

• Experience in Commercial Property Management
• Knowledge of the WA Retail Tenancies Act
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Professional, confident, and reliable approach
• Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
