A reputable property group based in Perth’s southern suburbs is expanding their commercial division and seeking a capable, confident, and professional Assistant Commercial Property Manager to take over a well-managed portfolio. This role is ideal for someone with a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and solid industry knowledge who can hit the ground running.

The Role:

You’ll report to the Head of Commercial and manage a small clean portfolio. You will be supported while growing the existing portfolio!

Key responsibilities include:

• Day-to-day management of commercial tenancies
• Rent collection, arrears management, and lease negotiations
• Budgeting and annual outgoings reconciliations
• Conducting inspections, preparing condition reports
• Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors

You Will Need:

• 1–2+ years’ minimum experience in Commercial Property Management
• Strong working knowledge of the Commercial Tenancies (Retail Shops) Agreements Act
• Valid Certificate of Registration and clean driver’s licence
• High-level professionalism and confidence when liaising with stakeholders
