We're currently looking for an experienced and professional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of approximately 80 lots over two complexes while providing friendly, efficient, and responsive service to our valued clients.

This role involves trust accounting, daily banking, inspections, lease agreements, maintenance coordination, and compliance with industry standards. You'll work closely with owners, tenants, and contractors, supported by great systems and a close-knit team.

What we're looking for:

· Licensed Property Manager with a valid driver's licence

· Real Estate Licence required for this position

· Solid experience using PropertyMe (including Mid and End of Month processing activities)

· Minimum of 2+ years experience with PropertyMe software required

· A confident communicator who thrives under pressure

· Strong attention to detail and professional presentation

· Minimum of 1-2 years property management experience required
